Rental is to the first applicant who meets the necessary income, credit history, rental history and employment verification requirements after screening and agrees to the terms of the contract. Our screening fee is $39 for each occupant 18 years of age or older.

• Applications are considered in the order that they are completed.
• Full payment must be received and payment must clear before the application is considered complete.
• Every occupant 18 years of age or older in your group must have filled out an application and paid before the application is considered complete.
• The fastest way to have your application processed is by:
  • seeing our list of available rentals here, clicking the Apply Now button on the property you are interested in to submit the application online and
  • using the Pay Now button below to pay with PayPal using instant transfer.

Filling Out the Application Forms

• Fill out the Application completely.
• A separate application is required from each occupant 18 years of age or older.
• You can fill out our application online by seeing our list of available rentals here and clicking the Apply Now button on the property you are intrested in.
